These centers recruit workers for various categories that include driver, maid, housekeeper, cook, nanny, private nurse and other fields. Also, the centers facilitate their employment at households, wherever and whenever families in the UAE need a specific worker. The entire recruitment and selection processes are monitored by the MoHRE.
Furthermore, the Tadbeer centers oversee all the legal work and perform all the documentation-related tasks of potential household workers in-house. Once all the tasks are completed, and profiles are selected, Tadbeer trains them (six months) to settle in the Emirates and with families. b. Document Verification: Employers are required to provide the necessary documents, including proof of identity, residency, and employment contracts, to the Tadbeer Service Center. Background checks and medical tests may also be conducted on domestic workers.
c. Contract Signing: Once a suitable worker is selected, a standardized employment contract is signed between the employer and the domestic worker. This contract outlines the terms and conditions of employment, including salary, working hours, and benefits.
d. Payment of Fees: Employers are required to pay fees associated with the recruitment process, which may include visa and medical examination fees.
