The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) now accepts potential franchisee applications for the brand name Tadbeer Service Center, under license from the Ministry. Franchisees shall provide services on behalf of the Ministry through a corporate partnership between the Ministry and the private sector, set according to the standards and guidelines of the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program. Tadbeer centers offer their customers comprehensive services related to recruiting foreign domestic workers according to the rules and regulations stipulated by the Ministry. Domestic workers include maids, nannies, house nurses, gardeners, and others. Check the UAE’s labour law for domestic workers to read the complete list.
According to the labor law, Tadbeer centers and under the direction of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) can provide the following services:
- All government typing services pertaining to the employment and entry visas of domestic workers, including but limited to the following:
- Entry Permit
- Change of Status.
- Emirates Identity/ National ID.
- Government and Medical Insurance.
- Residency Visa Stamping Application.
- Domestic Worker Visa Renewal.
- Domestic Worker Visa Cancellation.
- Recruitment and deployment of domestic workers as signed under government MOU
- Employment and placement of domestic workers under the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiritization employment contract.
- Print, receive, and forward applications (digitally) to the Ministry.
- Provide live-in or daycare domestic workers according to the (client) potential employer’s needs, on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
- Provide additional services (medical examination issuing a residence permit/ID card, domestic worker airport pickup, driving workers to the location of employment, health insurance, etc.)
- Help clients learn the nationalities and professions available for recruitment.
- Train and prepare workers for the job.
- Provide a specialized support center to ensure the balance of the relationship between both parties.
- Provide accommodation for domestic workers.
